Restaurant élevé (formerly known as Frouckje State) relocated to the 11th floor of the WestCord WTC Hotel Leeuwarden in August 2013. The brigade moved to the provincial capital. In four weeks’ time the floor on which élevé is located was completely restyled. The restaurant officially opened on September 27, 2013.
